Office of the Mayor - Mayor Scruggs in the Community Jordin Sparks Pep Rally Mayor Scruggs welcomes Jordin Sparks to Glendale on Friday, May 11 for her hometown tour where she performed in front of thousands at Westgate City Center. Jordin is one of the top three finalists on the hit FOX show, American Idol.
	Mayor Scruggs with Arizona Cardinals quarterback, Matt Leinart at Westgate for Jordin Sparks' hometown visit. The crowd sang happy birthday to Leinart who turned 24 on Friday.
	Mayor Scruggs with Jordin Sparks' father Phillippi Sparks who grew up in the area and played football at Glendale Community College before playing for the New York Giants in the NFL.
