Arizona Centennial Volunteer Challenge
In celebration of Arizona’s Centennial, the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism has created the Arizona Centennial Volunteer Challenge and is asking Arizonans to pledge 100 volunteer hours between now and February 2012. As a community partner in the Arizona Centennial Volunteer Challenge, the City of Glendale is encouraging residents, employees and current volunteers to participate. Whether it is volunteering at your child’s school, helping at church or coaching a youth sports team, everyone can do something. Together we can make a difference. Sign up and pledge today at: http://azfamily.volunteermatch.org.
