	Yucca District - Meet Councilmember Joyce Clark Joyce Clark represents the Yucca District which includes a portion of south and all of western Glendale. Councilmember Clark was the first representative for the district and was elected in 1992. She served in that position until 1996. After a brief hiatus, she ran again in 2000. She defeated the incumbent as a write-in candidate, an event that had never before occurred in Arizona. Councilmember Clark has served continuously from 2000 to the present.
