The Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center (FRAC) is a full-service facility offering educational, recreational, fitness, and social activities for the Glendale community. From classes and activities to ongoing programs, there’s something for everyone.

Select areas and programs are free to the public, while Recreation Memberships provide access to additional opportunities—with no joining fees or contracts. Flexible membership options include daily, monthly, 15-punch, and annual passes.

Aquatics Programs & Features

Year-round outdoor heated pool for lap swimming, water aerobics, and Red Cross lifeguard/instructor certification

- Two giant slides and a kiddie slide
- Zero-depth entry leisure pool with spray features
- Water playground
- Lazy river
- Diving wells with two diving boards and six lap lanes
- Snack bar
