The focus of the City of Glendale Fire Department's mission and values is ensuring and confirming that the COMMUNITY at large, our City of Glendale ORGANIZATION, and the Fire Department PERSONNEL can efficiently and effectively feel a sense of safety. Your Fire Department will work hard to earn trust, credibility, and reliability through tangible actions and behaviors. Our efforts can be evaluated through key performance indicators of incident outcomes, customer service, and financial benchmarks.
Your Fire Department will effectively and efficiently deliver the key PREVENTION, PREPARATION, RESPONSE, and RECOVERY programs within the Fire Department to our residents, businesses, and visitors. This undertaking shall have the objective of returning the incident or customer to a state of normalcy to produce ongoing community trust and regional relevance.
