This project will be a total re-think of the existing fenceline and gate system. Our goal is to erect a ten-foot fence and consolidate many gates. All gates, including pedestrian gates, will be card activated in and out. We also aim to install more cameras.

- Construction Contractor: TBD

- Funding Split: ADOT 90% - City of Glendale 10%
When construction happens in (presumably) Summer 2027, this project will cause a significant disruption to daily life at the airport. We are telling you now in hopes that you can make arrangement to mitigate the inconveniences. WE plan to do this as a summer project because out operational data suggests that summer has a lull in operations, meaning we hope to inconvenience as few tenants as possible.
When the design is complete, we will post and update with drawings and a construction timeline.
