Kiosk (Moving to Glendale City Hall Soon)
Pay with cash, credit card, or debit card using our payment kiosk located just outside the west side entrance at the Civic Center Annex, 5752 W. Glenn Dr.. The kiosk is available 24/7, 365 days per year and your payment will be immediately applied to your account. Have your utility bill or account number handy to use the kiosk.
Dropbox
A drop box for checks or money orders is located on the southeast entrance of Glendale City Hall at 5850 W. Glendale Ave.

Customer Service is located at the Glendale City Hall, 5850 W. Glendale Ave.
Our lobby hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding City observed holidays).

Glendale bill pay is easier than ever with the release of our all new, upgraded utility payment system from Paymentus. The new bill payment system includes an improved user experience and a "Pay Now" feature that allows you to make a quick payment without having to register for an online account.
You can make a payment with a credit card, debit card or eCheck. You can even use your favorite digital wallet options like PayPal, Venmo, and PayPal Credit. The additional enhancements include the ability to securely save your payment information and the opportunity to schedule a one-time future payment.

Paymentus Bill Payment
You will be transferred to a secure web page powered by our bill payment partner, Paymentus Corporation.
- Enter your account number to view your balance and select your payment method.
- You will enter the payment information, credit card details and verify the payment amount.
- You will be asked to confirm payment information.
- You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.
How will my payment be confirmed?
We will receive instant notification of your payment and it will be posted to your account the next business day. For each payment you will receive a confirmation number. We will also send you an email confirmation for your records.
Is there a service fee?
No, there is no service fee.
