Homeowner Rehabilitation Programs

The City of Glendale offers programs to help homeowners improve their homes through services such as emergency repairs, accessibility modifications, and rehabilitation projects. Some services are provided directly by the city, while others are offered through partner non-profit agencies.

The City of Glendale provides accessibility to information, participation, services, and employment for handicapped persons. City facilities are wheelchair accessible.
