The City of Glendale Housing Authority (GHA)

The City of Glendale Housing Authority operates the Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs to help eligible low-income families and individuals find safe, affordable homes in Glendale. With these vouchers, participants pay a share of their income toward rent and utilities for qualifying units.

GLENDALE HOUSING AUTHORITY SOFTWARE UPDATE

Glendale Housing Authority is making it easier and more convenient for landlords and tenants to complete housing related requirements. Soon, you'll be able to complete tasks through an online portal providing more flexibility and reducing the need for phone calls, office visits, and paper forms.

WITH THE NEW ONLINE PORTAL, YOU"LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Complete registrations and recertifications
  • Submit and track work orders
  • Receive information on inspections
  • Report household changes
  • Upload required documents from your phone
  • Access your account - anytime, anywhere!

Current Glendale Housing clients will receive a letter with instructions to register for access to the portal. If you have questions or need more information, please reach out to your case worker or the Glendale Housing Authority office at 623.930.3590.

PUBLIC HOUSING OPEN HOUSE DATES

The Glendale Housing Authority is offering open house dates where Glendale Housing clients and landlords can learn about the new online portal and it's features. All open houses will be held at the Glendale Community Center, 5401 W Ocotillo Dr., Glendale AZ.

  • Tuesday, September 15 - 9am-11am
  • Tuesday, September 15 - 3pm-5pm
  • Thursday. September 17 - 5pm-7pm
  • Saturday, September 19 - 9am-11am
