The Glendale Housing Authority spent time celebrating landlords who supply affordable housing to Glendale residents in need. The city administers the Housing Choice Voucher program which allows qualifying people to pay 30 percent of their adjusted gross income towards their rent and the remaining is provided by a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
