Becoming a Member
Stop by the front desk, and a staff members will help you sign up for a Glendale Adult Center membership.

Membership Fees

• Quarterly Membership: $10 ($40/year) for Glendale residents

• Quarterly Membership: $15 ($60/year) for non-residents

• Day Pass: $2

Please note: All users—including day pass visitors—must provide identification and complete the required paperwork.

Code of Conduct
Everyone who uses the Center, its programs, services, or activities must review and acknowledge our Code of Conduct rules.

We accept cash, check, credit, and debit.

Special Offer
If your health care plan includes the SilverSneakers® benefit, you can enjoy your Glendale Adult Center membership at no cost.

Setting up your SilverSneakers® account with the Glendale Adult Center is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Just bring in your SilverSneakers® member ID card or we can verify your eligibility with your legal name and birthdate.
2. Complete a SilverSneakers® Waiver.
3. We'll set up your Glendale Adult Center SilverSneakers® membership.

And that's it!

You're all set (for as long as you are eligible for SilverSneakers®) and able to use the center during any of the hours of operation just by scanning your pass when entering the facility.

Lunch Program

The YWCA offers nutritious lunches for a contribution.*

        *Exact change is required for the contribution

Signups for lunch start at 11:00 AM everyday.

This meal program is a collaboration of the YWCA of Maricopa County, Glendale Adult Center, Glendale Community Development Block Grant, the Area Agency on Aging, Region One and United Way.

Open Art Drop-In

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Gather with your fellow art lovers, get creative, and socialize! Whether you prefer coloring, watercolor painting, or ceramics, our art room is the place for you. Coloring and watercolor supplies are provided. Ceramics supplies are available for a nominal fee. All skill levels are welcome.

Open Computer Lab

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The computer lab is available for open use by members, except during scheduled classes, maintenance, or special events.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the lab.

Medicare Enrollment Assistance

1st Wednesday of month
9:30 - 11:30 AM

Certified and experienced in all major health plans, Sandra Gomez offers year-round support to ensure clients receive the coverage and assistance they need. Services include answering Medicare questions, comparing benefits, providers, and hospital co-pays to find the best match for each individual. Sandra also helps identify and apply for additional programs, such as Extra Help and the Limited Income Subsidy, to maximize savings and benefits.
