Special Bond Election - November 4, 2025
The City Council has called a special election to be held on November 4, 2025. The Special Election is being conducted as a ballot by mail election. All registered electors of the City, regardless of party registration, may vote on the two questions. To vote in the November 4, 2025 Special Election by Mail, Glendale residents must be registered to vote by October 6, 2025. You may check your registration status, track your ballot and more online at BeBallotReady.Vote or by calling the Maricopa County Elections Department at (602) 506-1511. Two questions will appear on the ballot:
QUESTION 1
PURPOSE: FLOOD CONTROL
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $30,000,000
Shall the City of Glendale be authorized to sell up to $30,000,000 in general obligation bonds for flood control and water retention basin improvements?
QUESTION 2
PURPOSE: CITY OPERATIONS FACILITIES
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: $35,000,000
Shall the City of Glendale be authorized to sell up to $35,000,000 in general obligation bonds for major repairs and improvements to city operations facilities?

The next City Council election will be held in August 2026.
Active Early Voting List
The Active Early Voting List allows voters to automatically receive ballots by mail for every election in which they are eligible to vote. For information on how to join the Active Early Voting List, visit the Maricopa County Elections Department website.
Voting in Person
- Bring sufficient identification when you vote. Download a Digital Voter ID card and get information about accepted forms of identification.
- Find a Voting Location or ballot drop box at Locations.Maricopa.Vote.
