The Street Maintenance Division provides preventative maintenance services for the city including street and sidewalk repair and graffiti removal, including pavement repairs (minor), sidewalk repairs and pot hole patching.
To report a street maintenance concern in your neighborhood, please visit the city’s service request system by clicking the icon below. When prompted for the issue type, look for Streets/Sidewalks/Medians or simply start typing the issue.

How will I know if my street is scheduled for resurfacing?
Visit the Pavement Management site for a schedule of pavement management activities by Council District and a description of treatment activities; or call 623-930-2940.
Who should I contact if I see a roadside area, median or open area full of weeds and overgrown landscaping?
Contact the Right-of-Way (ROW) division to report the area by clicking the GlendaleOne icon below to submit a service request. Please note that not all roadside areas are maintained by the city, some areas are owned by the county, businesses or other entities. ROW staff will contact you with the correction information and remediation efforts.

How often are trees pruned in the right of way and medians?
Tree pruning standard is to prune the entire inventory twice per year. Palms are pruned once a year.

What should I do if I see a pot hole in the street and would like it repaired?
