It is highly recommended that applicants verify HOA requirements before submitting plans.

Single-Family Residential (Accessory Structures, Additions and Accessory Dwelling Units) projects require Zoning Clearance Letter (ZCL) approval from the Planning Division prior to submitting for a building permit.

Commercial Tenant Improvements are recommended to obtain confirmation of use from the Planning Division prior to submitting for a building permit.
