Sports Field Rentals: Information for Teams and Organizations

Why Rent a Sports Field?

Renting a sports field guarantees your team exclusive use of a designated field on a specific date and time, ensuring availability and avoiding scheduling conflicts.

 

Long-Term Field Reservations

For reservations of five or more dates, individuals or organizations must complete the field allocation process.

The following documentation is required:

  • A completed Field Allocation Packet

  • Proof of insurance listing the City of Glendale as an additional insured

  • Verification of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status (if applicable)

Short-Term Field Reservations

For rentals of fewer than five dates, please follow the instructions outlined in the section below.

How to Make a Reservation

Sports Field Reservations may be made and paid for in any of the following ways:

  • Online – Through the Glendale Parks & Recreation online reservation portal

  • By Phone – Call 623-930-2820, select option 1

  • In Person – Glendale Parks & Recreation Office, located inside the Glendale Adult Center

    • Address: Parks & Recreation Main Office at the Glendale Adult Center - 5970 W. Brown St.  Glendale, AZ 85301

    • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed on city holidays)

 Reservation Deadlines

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested date and time.

  • For weekend use (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday), reservations must be submitted by Thursday at 4:30 PM of that week.
