The Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center (FRAC) is a full-service facility offering educational, recreational, fitness, and social activities for the Glendale community. From classes and activities to ongoing programs, there’s something for everyone.
Select areas and programs are free to the public, while Recreation Memberships provide access to additional opportunities—with no joining fees or contracts. Flexible membership options include daily, monthly, 15-punch, and annual passes. (See membership rates for details.)
Full-size gymnasium for basketball, badminton, and pickleball
Recreation and aerobic classes for all fitness levels
Indoor walking/jogging track
Rock wall for climbing enthusiasts
Locker rooms with showers
Racquetball courts
Room rentals for events and gatherings
Fitness center with free weights, strength training circuit, and cardio equipment
Year-round outdoor heated pool for lap swimming, water aerobics, and Red Cross lifeguard/instructor certification

Zero-depth entry leisure pool with spray features
