51 Bells Rezoning (ZON25-12) Neighborhood Meeting

Earl & Curley will be hosting a neighborhood meeting regarding a request to rezone approximately 37 gross acres, located at the southwest corner of Bell Road & 51st Avenue.  For more project details, please see the attached "ZON25-12 Neighborhood Meeting Letter."

Meeting Details:

Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2025

Time: Between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Location: 5115 W Bell Road (Building G) Suite D. Glendale, Arizona 85306.

The open house will be between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM feel free to stop by between the listed time.

If you are unable to attend the neighborhood meeting, that is okay. We are happy to meet with you outside of that meeting time, either in person, over the phone, or via zoom.
