Westgate Parc Neighborhood Meeting (GPA25-05 & ZON25-15)

D.R. Horton will be hosting a follow-up neighborhood meeting regarding General Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications to change the zoning of the Property from Single Residence-a (R1-8) to Planned Area Development (PAD); and, to amend the General Plan designation for the Property from MDR 3.5 - Medium Density Residential 2.5 - 3.5 dwelling units per acre to MHDR 8- Medium-High Density Residential 5.0- 8.0 dwelling units per acre.  Please see the attached, "Westgate Parc ZON25-16 Notification Letter" for more project details.
