PawnCo, LLC will be hosting a meeting to discuss a Conditional Use Permit application (CUP26-05) and Variance application (VAR26-02) submitted to the City of Glendale to allow operation of a pawn shop within existing C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district and a Variance to reduce the required 300-foot separation between pawn shop use and nearby residential zoning.  For more project details, please see the attached notification letter.
