Neighborhood Meeting for Nikki's Next Step (ZON25-01 & GPA25-01)

There will be a neighborhood meeting regarding a minor General Plan Amendment and rezoning application filed with the City of Glendale for an approximately 3.4-acre site located east of the northeast corner of North 67th Avenue and West Paradise Lane in Glendale. The intent is to develop multi-family housing that meets the needs of individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their families.
