Glen Village Virtual Neighborhood Meeting

The purpose of this Neighborhood Meeting is to discuss the General Plan Amendment and Rezoning Applications for a site located at 62nd Avenue & Orangewood Avenue in the Ocotillo Council District. The request is to amend the General Plan from GC (General Commercial) to HDR 20 (High Density Residential) and Rezone from R-3 (Multiple Residence) to PAD (Planned Area Development) to allow two new two-story residential units.  Please see "ZON25-05 & GPA25-03 Notification Letter" for more information.

You are invited to attend an online meeting with the development team to discuss the proposed site improvements and share your thoughts.
