Glencourt Development Virtual Neighborhood Meeting

The purpose of this Neighborhood Meeting is to discuss a Preliminary Plat and Rezoning Application for a site located at the northwest corner of 77th Avenue and Glendale Avenue in the Yucca Council District. The request is to rezone from the current zone Multiple Residence-4 (R-4) to Multiple Residence-4 Planned Residential Development (R-4 PRD}, as well as overall Site Plan and Preliminary Plat review and approval to the proposed 4.04 acre net (4.94 acre gross} townhome-style residential development. The proposed development is intended to be 62 residential units with a proposed net density of 12.6 du/ac.  Please see the "PP24-01 & ZON24-07 Notification Letter" (to the right) for more information.
