Neighborhood Meeting for Clean Freak Car Wash PAD Amendment

Circle K is requesting an amendment to the existing Northern 107 Planned Area Development ("PAD") for approximately 1.01 acres to allow a stand-alone drive-through carwash facility as a primary use with vacuums that are ancillary.  Please see the "Clean Freak Car Wash Notification Letter" for more project details.
