• Phase B1: Water Line Improvements, Storm Drain, and Road Reconstruction

• Phase B2: Storm Drain Improvements and Road Patching

• Phase C: Storm Drain Improvements and Road Patching

Timeline

1. Missouri Ave Construction from March 2026 through May 2026
2. 47^th Ave (Marshall to Montebello Ave) construction from May 2026 through Jul 2026.
3. 47th Ave (Montebello Ave to Bethany Home Rd) construction from Jul 2026 through Nov 2026.
4. Bethany Home Rd (47^th Ave to 200+ ft East) construction from Nov 2026 through Dec 2026.
5. 47th Ave (Bethany Home Rd to Marlette Ave) construction from Nov 2026 through Apr 2027.
6. Marlette Ave West of 47^th Ave construction from Apr 2027 through May 2027.
7. Project final Completion by June 2027.
