Facility rentals are available Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 7:30 PM and Saturday 7 AM - 5 PM

Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center offers the ideal setting for a variety of events — from intimate gatherings in our classrooms to larger functions in our spacious multi-purpose rooms.

Coyote Room

Located on the first floor, this spacious 3,000-square-foot room is ideal for larger events such as wedding receptions, business banquets, or sales luncheons. The durable vinyl tile flooring offers a versatile backdrop for any occasion, and the adjacent catering kitchen makes food service easy. For added flexibility, the Coyote Room can be divided into two smaller spaces to accommodate more intimate gatherings.

Bobcat Room

Perfect for conferences, seminars, or professional meetings, the Bobcat Room provides a polished, business-ready setting. It features carpeted flooring and dry erase boards, and can also be divided into two smaller rooms for breakout sessions or smaller groups.

Gecko/Raven Rooms

When combined, the Gecko and Raven Rooms create a 900-square-foot space ideal for smaller celebrations, such as birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, and retirements. The carpeted setting also works well for meetings and business rentals. Each room can be reserved separately for more intimate events.

Jackrabbit Room

A great choice for small gatherings like birthday parties, the Jackrabbit Room features vinyl tile flooring and a built-in sink for added convenience.

Included with Rentals
All rentals include tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Staffing

  • Refundable cleaning deposits

  • Kitchen use (licensed caterer required)

  • Tablecloths

  • Audio/visual equipment (microphones, podiums, projectors, screens, TV with DVD player)

  • Portable stage set-up

  • Extension cords

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations

  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

  • A fully refundable cleaning deposit may be required based on rental activity.
