Records

Pursuant to Rule 29, Rules of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court Records Retention and Disposition Schedule, records for Criminal offenses more than 5 years after final adjudication and completion of sentence may not be available. Records for DUI and Domestic Violence (DV) offenses 8 years after final adjudication and completion of sentence may not be available. Records for Civil Traffic offenses more than 1 year after final adjudication and satisfaction of fines may not be available.

Refer to the fee schedule(PDF, 500KB) for applicable fees. We accept record requests online, by fax, mail, and in person. The court will contact you when the records are ready.
