Please fill out all fields completely and accurately. Once submitted, a background check will be completed to ensure applicant has all proper endorsements and no violent felonies. Forty participants will be selected from the list and will receive an email confirmation of attendance by March 26, 2026. Registration closes on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
