This pocket park designed by artist Howard Meehan features a stone step wall supporting 5 laminated glass images encased in steel rings. The "Circles of Time" imagery captures photo history, "A window into the past...a look into the future". Several points of interest in the park are two historic buildings that once housed a gas station and the Morecomb family adobe home. Sculptural lighted wheel rims, and antique gas pumps which speak of the evolution of these fuel devices over 50 years.
