Audit Committee
Our Role
To provide oversight, guidance and support to the independent internal audit program.
Membership
The Audit Committee consists of seven members appointed by City Council for a two-year term.
Meeting Frequency
The Audit Committee meetings will be held on an as needed basis and can last up to two hours each meeting.
