• Banner Towing at Airport per day - $50.00 (plus applicable tax)
• Mobil Maintenance at Airport; per each aircraft maintained - $10.00 (plus applicable tax)
• Aircraft Detailing - $10.00 (plus applicable tax)

Activities can only be conducted with prior approval from Airport Administration Staff and self-reporting must be tracked and reported monthly. Contact us for more information.

Glendale Regional Airport uses PLANEPASS® by Vector Airport Systems to collect landing fees from Part 135 operators.
Vector will assess and bill fees in accordance with the Airport’s established Landing Fee schedule above. Please note that landing fees are calculated using the aircraft’s FAA-certified MLW. Vector offers a self-service web portal for convenient online bill payments and account management at https://payment.planepass.com

There is a moratorium on all land leases at Glendale Regional Airport until the Master Plan Update has progress far enough to guide our development actions.

All real estate at the Airport must be leased according to Arizona Revised Statute § 28-8425 which requires a formal Request for Proposal or "bid" process.

To receive notifications about Airport Requests for Proposals, please register with the City of Glendale Vendor Self-Service website, register as a Vendor and make sure to specify the following commodity codes:

• 90910 - Airport facility construction
• 97126 - Hangar Facility aircraft rent/lease
• 97135 - Land rent/lease

If you would like to submit an unsolicited proposal, the Airport Administrator will forward your proposal to the Procurement Group and have City of Glendale take formal procurement action, allowing all interested parties to compete for the chance to build your proposed development.

Single or Twin $40 a month +tax; initial sign-up requires a 3-month minimum of $123.48

• Overtime Rate per hour - $100.00

Email the Airport Operations Supervisor for information and scheduling.

• Commercial Aircraft Flight Activity - each aircraft per month - $50.00 (plus applicable tax)
• Commercial Maintenance & Repair - 2.50% of gross revenue (plus applicable tax)
• Fuel Flowage Fee - nine cents per gallon ($0.09)

No Commercial Activities may be performed without prior Airport Administration approval. Email the Airport Administration staff or visit the Airport Administration Office in the Terminal, suite 201, for details on the Commercial Activity Application Process(PDF, 197KB).
