Municipal Property Corporation
Our Role
A non-profit corporation that assists the City with the financing and construction of public facilities in accordance with specifications approved by City Council. The Municipal Property Corporation sells bonds to obtain the necessary funds to construct public facilities.
Membership
The Municipal Property Corporation consists of five members appointed by the City Council for a two-year term.
Meeting Frequency
Meets on an as-needed basis. Each meeting can last up to two hours.
