Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation's Application Process
- All applicants must follow the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation's application process, described in “Prop 202 Application.”
- A City Council resolution will be required before applications are submitted.
- PLEASE NOTE: Awarded funds are processed by City of Glendale upon receipt of fully executed IGA (Intergovernmental Agreement) paperwork and receipt of funds from Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation.
Requesting Municipal Sponsorship
Please read all instructions carefully before submitting your application. Failure to follow the specified guidelines may result in your application being rejected. The City may take up to 10 business days to review submissions, so please plan accordingly and be mindful of all application deadlines.
