Do I Qualify?
Requirements

The property must be in the Glendale city limits

The property must be owner-occupied and lived in a minimum of one year

Property taxes and mortgage cannot be delinquent

Applicant/household cannot possess more than $20,000 in liquid assets

(Cash or cash equivalent, i.e. savings/checking accounts, mutual funds, money market funds, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, IRA, pension, Keogh Plan, or any other form of liquid assets such as property, other houses, rental properties, etc.)

Total household gross income (before taxes) must be equal to or less than the current Household Income Limits

Mortgage Statement: Most recent statement showing mortgage payments are up-to-date

Homeowner's Insurance: Copy of Insurance Declarations Page

Bank Statements: 3 most recent statements for all bank accounts

City of Glendale Water Bill: Most recent, showing account is up-to-date

Income Verification: Provide copies for all persons residing in home who receive income:

Income Tax - 1040 / W-2

Pay Stubs - Last 3 months

Award Letter for Social Security, Disability or Retirement

Other Income Verification (Letters, Uber/Lyft Statements, etc.)

School Registration Confirmation: For all occupants under the age of 18, official confirmation of enrollment from school which child attends
